PT-Project Coordinator: The PC will act as a liaison between Girl Talk’s executive staff and community-based organizations and municipalities. They will forward proposals to targeted clients and follow through with the correspondence related to the agreed upon or proposed venue ($200 per project). The PC main duties will be to correspond with clients via email and fax. The average maximum amount of work time per project will be 3 to 5 hours. Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary. We expect to have to average 2 community-based events a month beginning in April.
Spokesperson: The spokesperson will be Girl Talk’s mouthpiece. She will carry out Girl Talk’s message through a variety of media outlets. She must have an outgoing personality and be very approachable.
She will be asked to attend certain venues that Girl Talk will be a part of. She will a voice of customer service, care and compassion for Girl Talkers everywhere. This is a part-time job paying $25 and hour plus perks such as travel meals and bonuses. NO AGE RESTRICTIONS!
Moderator: The moderator will be part of the Spoken by Jayla anti-bully production (see description on site). She will act as a liaison between Kaijah Torres (Jayla) during our live presentations that will be held at schools in NYC and the greater Newark area. Each production lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Moderator will receive $100 per event plus mass transit travel expenses. Ideal candidate will be a college upperclassmen or new college grad looking to supplement income.
Professional Development Workshop Presenter: The person holding this position will be taught how to carry out a professional development workshop by Girl Talk’s President. Their chief responsibility will be to instruct educators how to maximize the educational advantages of our one of a kind curriculum. The average workshop length will be 2 hours. Pay is $150 per hour. The Ideal candidate will be a retired teacher with workshop conducting experience.
